September New Member Tea

The Moultonborough Women’s Club delivered SWEETS on September 19th to town hall, library, police &amp; fire and transfer station staffs in gratitude for their service to the community! “It was GREAT!!! Lots of enthusiastic folks along the parade route from the high school all the way to Rec Center!” says Amy Corston, director of the Moultonborough Women’s Club who with Co-Pres Julie Osgood and Pam King waved to the crowds. A picture-perfect day to celebrate the anniversary of our country’s independence at this annual event. A special thanks to John Corston who drove the ladies in his 1934 Ford roadster. &nbsp; SCHOLARSHIP BAKE SALE! Come join us at the Moultonborough Public Library’s Annual Book Sale on Saturday, JULY 9th beginning at 9am for the opportunity to purchase a few scrumptious delights! The MWC joined the 4th of JULY PARADE in M'Boro

It was a lovely afternoon at the Geneva Point Conference Center when the Moultonborough Women’s Club gathered for the Annual Banquet to celebrate seventy-two years. A delicious luncheon, catered by Geneva Point, was enjoyed by seventy members. Dotti Simpson, Parliamentarian, presided over the candlelit Installation Ceremony of Officers as members looked toward the 2022-2023 year. A slide show presentation choregraphed by Libby Reichlen, Historian and VP, showcased the club’s achievements and social events over the years. The MWC Woman of the Year award was presented to Harriet Bicksler. A faithful member of the MWC, she has held the offices of Director, President, VP and Corresponding Secretary as well as chairing the Donations, Town Meeting Lunches and Bake Sale Committees. Harriet has served as Historian and was a member of the Scholarship committee for many years as well as many others.
