Congratulations to Jayne & John!

At the April 6 Moultonborough Women's Club meeting, sex trafficking survivor Jasmine Grace narrated her journey as a vulnerable teen through six years of physical, mental and emotional bondage, originally initiated in her own town. She shares her story of victimization, eventual recovery, and forgiveness not only to raise trafficking awareness but also to offer support to others, including a path to safe housing &nbsp;and Bags of Hope filled with basic personal items for those without a permanent home.&nbsp; Jasmine's self-published book, <a data-mce-href="https://www.jasminegrace.org/jasmine-grace-book" href="https://www.jasminegrace.org/jasmine-grace-book" title="The Diary of Jasmine Grace" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Diary of Jasmine Grace.</a>Thanks to MWC members who donated toiletries for future Bags of Hope. A sincere thank-you to the people of Moultonborough for your continuing support!&nbsp; A total of $2,236.25 was raised for the Scholarship Fund at the Town Election and Town Meeting!Thank you to all who provided baked goods and snacks for the Town Election and Town Meeting Bake Sales, all of this going directly to the Scholarship Fund. &nbsp;And a big thank-you to Mary Anne Sopelak of the Bake Sale Team who organized these sales.&nbsp;Thank you to those who donated to the Sunshine Cart for the Veterans Home at the March General Meeting.&nbsp; This year was the most generous yet! &nbsp;Thank you for showing your love to our beloved veterans with your donations of toiletries, socks, puzzles and more, and to Jayne Savage for delivering the donated items!&nbsp;
