All materials were provided so all we needed to bring was our enthusiasm.</p><p>Flower arranging has many benefits beyond creating something beautiful. It can be a relaxing and meditative activity. Many people find that working with flowers helps them reduce stress and improve their mood. Close to 100 members enjoyed a luncheon of salad, rolls, roasted chicken, eggplant, roasted vegetables and vanilla mousse with fresh berries for dessert.
