These AMAZING MWC members raised a whopping $5700 this year in the “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” walk. The sun was truly shining down on them for all their good deeds. So please, if you see any them, give them a heartfelt shout-out. Over the years, this brings the total raised by MWC members for breast cancer research to over $160,000. MWC “Making Strides for Breast Cancer” Walk

“First I drink the coffee, then I do things.”Conversation flowed easily during the first MWC Coffee Connections gathering held at Identity Coffee Co. in Meredith. We were fortunate to have 3 of our newest MWC members join us. It was wonderful hearing &nbsp;who they were, what they liked doing in their spare time (sewing, quilting, knitting), where they hailed from (as far away as Texas and California), when they moved to the area (8 years until recently), and how they were enjoying their time so far (fabulously, obviously). It is an inspiring film which explores how urban farming across America has the power to change food distribution, how we eat and our health. After the screening, Producer Andrew Monbouquette (Wendy's son) will lead a discussion on the film and answer any questions.
