MWC Charitable Works ~ NH Veterans Home Sunshine Cart

Each month, year after year, when the MWC have their club meetings, members bring in items to donate to various well-deserving non-profits around the Lakes Region. These women seek out where they can make a difference and are relentless in their support of lifting people up. At the March meeting, the MWC put out the call to all their members to support the New Hampshire Veterans Home by donating to their Sunshine Cart. The Sunshine Cart provides a wide selection of personal care items to the Veterans Home residents at no cost to them. And in true MWC fashion, the women were glad to help our veterans. MWC member Karen Wright collected the donations, organized, boxed then delivered and filled the Sunshine Cart. This truly will bring a little sunshine to the veterans’ day. We were humbled to help out.
