MWC Book Club ~ "The Only Woman in the Room"

After a long winter, the MWC Book Club members gathered at the Moultonborough Public Library (NH) to discuss “The Only Woman in the Room”. They all agreed that it was exciting to learn that the story behind the glamorous movie actress Hedy Lemarr was one they never heard before. Often women’s historical significance beyond beauty and fame is ignored in the history books. It was an enlightening piece to read. Thank you MWC member Margaret Walsh f
