Sound Bath to promote deep relaxation

Monday, June 22th at 11:00AM

Immerse yourself in a serene one-hour sound bath designed to promote deep relaxation.  As you enter the tranquil space, soft ambient lighting sets the mood, inviting you to leave behind the outside world.  The session will begin with a brief introduction to the sound bath and the benefits of sound healing. Find a comfortable position, either lying down or seated, with blankets and cushions provided for added comfort (feel free to bring your own if you wish). You will be guided through a meditation, focusing on breath and mindfulness. A variety of instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, tongue drums and crystal pyramids will be played. The sounds create a rich tapestry of vibrations that resonate through the body, promoting healing and relaxation. As the sounds ebb and flow, participants are encouraged to surrender to the experience, allowing the vibrations to wash over and envelop them. This sound bath is not just an auditory experience; it’s a journey into relaxation, self-discovery, and healing, leaving participants feeling rejuvenated and centered.  Scissorgy, 70 Whittier Hwy, 2nd floor, Moultonbrough.  Enter the door to the right of Dunkin Donuts.  Questions? Ask Mary Bishop.  Sign up at the meeting or email Mary, cost $25
