Are you a community service provider? The Moultonborough Women’s Club is happy to donate to several local non-profit service organizations each year. Please complete the <a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hI_tZYO3NfxqTGhU-1PEy7khVluxAlXAElaIB2R0hxI/edit?usp=sharing" target="_blank">brief form</a> form the link below. 
The FALL form should be completed in full and mailed to the Moultonborough Women’s Club postmarked no later than October 31st.  Requests will be reviewed by the Donations Committee and the MWC Board.  Disbursements will be made after a vote at the MWC December meeting.
