Are you a community service provider? The Moultonborough Women’s Club is happy to donate to several local non-profit service organizations each year. Please complete the <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wWfGsixKetJZVu2psclWi3FSoQwblG9R/view?usp=sharing" target="_blank">brief form</a> from the link below. 
The form should be completed in full and mailed to the Moultonborough Women’s Club postmarked no later than March 31st.  Requests will be reviewed by the Donations Committee and the MWC Board.  Disbursements will be made after a vote at the MWC May meeting.
